apiwin complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may request supporting documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — before processing large or unusual deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction and the return of deposited funds to the originating payment method.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require.
